From day one, Victor was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. He didn't just list my home, he actively helped every step of the way.

Jorge, thank you. It has been a pleasure doing business with you. You really went above and beyond to make the sale happen on Rondel. You were very hands on. I haven't worked with other agents in a long time, but I don't think everyone provides the same expertise and help to their clients. I learned a thing or two from you about interior space design too. I would recommend you to my friends. Appreciate it my friend.

As a new homeowner in San Diego I highly recommend 1st Choice Home Team! Raven Cervantes is an excellent realtor. Being semi-retired and moving to a new area I needed to feel very confident in my final home decision. Raven made that possible for me.

Raven did an outstanding job helping get the house prepped and sold. Listed the house on April 8th and had an offer on June 9th. Most houses in Tuscany Hills have been sitting on the market since last year. My goal was selling by the end of June, she made it happen. I can't thank her enough.

I've had the privilege to have Jorge as my loan officer and my realtor. He and his team are admirable on a personal and professional level. Their turn around time for a loan is amazing. Be assured you are getting the best rate for your home. He provides you a clear breakdown from start to finish on your loan and is in constant communication if there are any changes. 1st choice Home Loans is truly my 1st choice. Thank you Jorge and Sarah.

I had a very positive experience during this process. I was able to buy the house very quickly and easily, Jorge is very professional and responsible. The team responded quickly to my questions and went above and beyond. I highly recommend it

Bea is the reason why we still need brokers. We don't live in San Diego and without Bea we wouldn't have been able to manage all of the moving parts to sell our home. She met with contractors as needed, is networked and will get you the best service for the best price for whatever you need.

Jorge was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about the area that we had been shopping and gave us amazing recommendations on additional areas that we would not have considered if not for his expertise. I'm glad to have found a realtor for life.

Yesenia is awesome to work with. She is very knowledgeable and she really cared about ensuring we found the right home for us. She put in a lot of time and always communicated with us. Jorge did an outstanding job balancing all our questions during a busy time in his life. His wife was expecting during the process and was due the week after we were supposed to close. Baby came early the week of closing and we still had a few items that were time sensitive, but Jorge made sure everything got handled.

As a first homebuyer and USMC veteran, Jorge took care of my family. He was always responsive and helped us find our home. I would highly recommend him to any family.
